A different throw to be sure. A low, openhanded, underhanded throw with no backspin. If glass is what they use, I\u2019ll be first in line. Won\u2019t last long.<\/p>\n
\tIt won\u2019t be glass. That would be too expensive to repair. The commercial version will be a polymer or polycarbonate with a somewhat tacky, soft feel. But it is coming. A transparent cover over an LED is too much of an innovation to resist. And, it will have dice. Without dice, such a table would just be a hopped up, very expensive, bubble craps machine fit only for $1 minimums.<\/p>\n

The only thing that would take more time would be if more bets were being made . I saw this machine in only 2 casinos and both got rid of them .They were replaced with the bubble type . If you set a record roll it would stay up till some one beat it or till they reboot the machine .
\n\tIt was a great machine to put 40.00 into and play for Hrs.

Looks slippery as heck though so my current toss would have to change. Good things are no late bets and hopefully no hands in layout area. Interesting but I Wouldn’t play it unless it was the only Craps table left on earth! \ud83d\ude00<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\tAs far as attracting players that might be intimidated by a felt craps game, I don’t see that happening. Even with the flashy screens, the game still looks intimidating to the uninitiated. And I don’t think other players would be the type to try to explain the basics of the game to a newbie. It’s all to easy to lose your a$$ very quickly if you have no clue on a craps table.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n\tThere is a huge advantage to these tables, namely NO CHIPS on the layout.The only table that I ever saw was at Bi lls and I never got to play it because it was never open while I was doing my scouting. I looked, knocked, and felt it but never was able to play it which was too bad since I believe it would have been great.
\n\tThe table in the picture has a glass top??? This seems to me to be to be a bad idea from a maintenance standpoint. There will be adult beverages spilled on it which will probably be bad, not to mention dropping beer bottles, ash trays or other very hard things on it, AND a video screen that big will be expensive which will increase the cost of the table.
\n\tMy question is will the increased cost of the table and it’s higher maintenance cost be offset by lower employee cost? Another thought that I have is what damage will be done to the screen and the dice if regular dice are used? If they need a different kind of dice because of the screen that may also be a good thing.
\n\tMy guess is that if these are placed in casinos they will not be the fancy ones with the screen on the table and will be an electric version of a real table which just may be a very good thing.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Posted by:<\/strong> Finisher on November 4, 2018, 6:01 am<\/p>\nWell the one that I use to play on was fun to play and had no problems except tec. ones .It was played a lot at first since it was like a slot . then the casino got wind of the fact that players were becoming 7 Stars and bragging about it . So like most things when they are to good they change them . They now have a machine that is like all the others in other casinos . Which by the way to get to 7 Star level you would have to put threw about 5 or 6 MIL. threw it .
\n\tI just wonder what happened to that machine . It had a screen that you could see on both sides . There were I think 5 seats on each side for players . Most of the time it was full . Not like the machine they have now . Today you may see one player playing it at best .
\n\tI no longer see the players that played it before there . I wish that another GTCer would have played it but it seems none have . I did a lot of back and forth posts with Skinny about this machine in older posts .
\n\tI do miss playing on it since real craps is not here in Az.
