\nRecently, I have visited casinos that I have found to have a table or tables to my liking with respect to bounciness. One of those tables was recovered since my previous visit with a bouncy microfiber compared to the previous covering. I revisited that same casino about a month later and avoided that table since I remembered how bouncy it was on my earlier visit after it was recovered. Later during that visit, I observed that the previously bouncy table looked very playable with respect to bounce. Therefore, I did play on it and it seemed very traditional on bounce.
\n\tSo, here\u2019s my question: Does table bounciness, particularly with microfiber, change with time and usage \u2013 even in as little as 1 month? Or is this my imagination?
\n\tMaybe I\u2019m putting too much emphasis on table bounciness, but it does seem to affect my results significantly.<\/p>\n

Sometimes the microfiber layout comes with a waterproof backing. The bounciness of these tables will also be affected by how tightly the vinyl layer is applied. But, I have found little consistency from one casino to another.<\/p>\n \tIn your case, I suspect something was spilled or excreted (chewing tobacco?) onto the table to which you refer. In the Advance Class you are taught about the details of how this phenomenon happens. NFF correct me if I am wrong but I believe Every time that stick slides across the felt it wears it down. From my personal experience both the underlying padding gets compress down and the microfiber starts to flatten. There are more indicators about wear but I will reserve that for NFF and BTK to explain. \n\tAfter some observation I may decide to play or not play depending on what I observe and also whether to play one table over another. I try to observe both known and unknown tables before I play because as described above the "reactions" change not only over the long term but also somewhat short term also. These changes can be both positive and negative.
