My wife and I enjoyed last week end at AC. It was a bit hot, but we spent our afternoons on the beach under an umbrella or body surfing in the Atlantic, and you can’t get that at Vegas. I scouted out out several casinos and hit one at 7 am two mornings and made enough to take the wife to nice dinners in the evenings. One morning was a weekday and the regulars were there on canes and the pit boss brought over chairs for them. It was funny and you really felt like you were a bar where everyone knows your name. 🙂 For dining, I can recommend Harry’s at Bally’s for seafood, SeaBlue at Borgata (a little pricy but their pate and terraine appetizer is outstanding), and the intercontinental at Ceaser’s pier at lunch or dinner.

Posted by: Guest on August 4, 2012, 2:27 pm

When i was at AC, i was the only one tipping the crew at the tables. Mid-week AC is geriatric village, so perhaps they either don’t know about tipping, or feel they can’t afford it. In many casinos in AC during the week you will see many players sitting on chairs, Sandtrap (for heart failure) and myself (for degenerative arthritis) included.

Goddess

I am hoping to go there next in the near future.
