\tRed equals "Un-Read<\/strong>" forum\/topic and flashing means its "Hot<\/strong>" or popular.<\/p>\n

\tThere must be a reference somewhere on the forum to to a link in the upper right that you mention, it could be an old message, but I think the link might now be moved to the left side and titled "FAQ<\/strong>" that is where all the help files are.<\/p>\n
