\nI’ve always read on this forum that you should ‘practice, practice, ..’.
\n\tBut do we all have the same or valid idea of what practice is?<\/p>\n
\tDoes it include but not restricted to:
\n\tBasics (as taught in GTC classes),
\n\tCorrecting the basics to fit one’s own conditions,
\n\tRealizing that a few (or many) good or bad practice throws
\n\t could be due to variance, … not to falsely judge,
\n\tUsing the correct criteria to judge your throws,
\n\tFalse positives or negatives,
\n\tGetting to a happy point where you take ownership of your unique throw,
\n\tSorting out isleading advice,
\n\tetc,
\n\t…. Any other suggestions? Opinions? Inputs?<\/p>\n

If something is not there I will work on that in particular. One thing that is happening with me that was evident in the Video Elite I did was I was going inside by body on my backswing from SR. It also makes my practice sessions more interesting. And, practicing in the kitchen allows interruptions by my family, which prepares me for dealing with the distractions in a casino.<\/p>\n \tAlso, if I want to test a betting strategy for random shooters (as in, while I wait to get the dice in the casino), I ask my wife to come throw the dice for awhile. Inevitably, she destroys every betting strategy I try. The left die tends to turn over left to right but a hedge bet of $1 on craps keeps me in the game. My favorite table has a $3 min on pass so hop the 7’s and $1 craps helps a little. I am tossing a 7 on average every other throw on the comeout. \n\tproblems are coming up. I hope to rectify this sooner than later. When I practice infrequently I tend to see many more double pitches than normal with about 50% being
\n\t7 outs.<\/p>\n
\n\t7 on the comeout over the long haul. I do set for the 7 on the comeout. Two or 3 7’s in a row are not all that uncommon for me both in practice and at the casino. Also lately I have made very little money so I am going to try to bet more in practice and see if that might bring in better profits and if that does happen I will try it in a casino.<\/p>\n
\n\tI breakdown the info after practice which takes about 20 minutes extra time. I also track the numbers of the first 4 rolls after a come out. Now I am closing in on
\n\t130,000 documented practice rolls. The effort seems like it is worth it.<\/p>\n
