\tProbably the same way Romney can say Romneycare is not a tax it’s a penalty. Also he calls it an individual mandate which he likes (see video of Romney at ’08 ABC Debate]http:\/\/soc.li\/smkzIXQ[\/url]). Does this make him a jackass? Just in case you missed it or believe Romney when he stated he didn’t say that Romney care is a model for the nation see the following video link http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=2M9gGwW2gCs<\/a>. Does this make Romney a jackass? Also Romney’s top adviser (the one who stated just after Romney clinched the Republican nominee) that the campaign will "Etch-A-Sketch" Romney’s run-up to the Republican nomination is now saying that Romney is calling the SCOTUS ruling wrong about the ACA being a tax. He says it’s a mandate (see video herehttp:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/2012\/07\/02\/eric-fehrnstrom-mitt-romney-individual-mandate-tax_n_1642951.html<\/a>.
