Two casinos are in Shreveport and 4 in Bossier City. For those not familiar with the area, Shreveport is located on the West side of the Red River and bossier City is on the East side of the river. There is a decent airport in Shreveport for flying in, bu you will probably have to fly into Dallas. Actually I don’t know of any airline that flies there with out a connection flight from somewhere else. Other people on this board may know differently so please post.. Rose and Doc always drive in. If you need a list of the casinos pleas let me know.<\/p>\n

\tThere are daily flights from Houston to Shreveport. So coming from mostly anywhere you can fly there just have to fly to Houston First. Not to bad. Its about a 30 min flight from Houston although it says an hour. As far as I know there is no flight from Dallas but it is I think around 3 hours to drive from Dallas. It’s Only a four hour drive from Houston. I think having a class in SBC is a great Idea. You would for sure draw from Houston and Dallas. There are some nice hotels and you can stay very reasonable rates around the area.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Available labor, and I’ll sign up for something. Generally I have found mgmt. not too friendly with "dice setters". I have never had any problems, but have observed the heat. Usually well deserved. I always leave table when others show.

\tI have played @ all 6 of the casinos in the SBC area over the last few months and have only received heat from 1 table (ST) but have played there before with no heat( I think it was just the pit boss that was working that day). There are 12 and 14 foot tables in SBC and some are bouncier than others. I definitely have my favorites but there are several tables that are playable. <\/p>\n
