\nSo life has been busy and kind of stressful lately and I just needed a day off to myself. So I made up some bogus meeting I had and drove to my favorite casino. Go up to a 12 footer with 7 spots on each side. Take out my standard marker and they know me so well there, I don’t have to wait more then 90 seconds before i am bankrolled. I am typically a stick right shooter but there was a very large man there so I jumped into stick left one. I Have been on a streak lately so I was eager to get the dice. I 6 counted everyone and after the big man to the left 7 out, I get the dice. He actually walked away, but I held the spot at stick left. And just a quick background, I do not count my rolls, however, I do put a $5 chip in my pocket for every winning number I hit. Doesn’t matter if it is a $300 six or a $15 pass line win. I find this is a great trick for money management. Especially when at a casino for a long extended time. <\/p>\n
\tOnto the roll. Although I was missing Finesse, Sandman and the rest of the North East crew, I was focused and determined. I got the dice and right away started hitting inside numbers. Finally made my point. Come back out with a point of 4. Set up for a 2V and start hitting the outside numbers with many, many 10’s. I am come betting but I had bought the 10 for $50. After 5 hits, I have it to $650 plus my come of $15 and $75 odds. Now comes my problem. 10 kids who couldn’t have been a day over 21 come up to the far side of the table. They all buy in for $100 or $200. Keep in mind that there are only 7 spots. They now completely fill the felt and landing spot with chips. I can’t see green felt. I am ticked off at the crew because they have a decent money on the table as well. The dealer on my side tells me to focus and find a spot. Wishing Matt was here with me because he usually can calm me down when crap like this happens. So I take a deep breath, change my set to the hard way set to get a little more protection and look for a new landing zone. The only one I can seem to find is in the outside mixing bowl next to the first base dealer. So I actually loft my dice over the dealer’s chip stacks and land the dice so softly that they hit the back wall and die. I came back on that throw with a hard 10. The dealer turned to me and said "see Michael, I told you you just need to stay focused". That made me feel great. And focused I stayed. For another 30 minutes I lofted the dice over the white chip stack and landed them perfectly. So when I finally seven-ed out, I had close to 10K in my rack. I’m scared to guess how much was on the table. When I later went to the cashier, I had 47 red chips in my pocket. So my best guess would be low to mid 50’s since I did hit a couple of garbage numbers in there. Was a great day away for me and may even go back again this week.<\/p>\n

\n\tI’ve seen this happen so many times with lefty.if he lets it bother him he’s gone. If he stays in the pocket he keeps tossing touchdowns. Once again hard work pays off.<\/p>\n
