(AP) \u2013 A Florida developer who lost a bankruptcy court auction for the former Revel Casino Hotel in Atlantic City is now challenging the decision.<\/p>\n<p>\tThe Press of Atlantic City (<!-- m --><a class=\"postlink\" href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/1wXfeEs\">http:\/\/bit.ly\/1wXfeEs<\/a><!-- m -->) reports that a lawyer for Glenn Straub filed an appeal Friday. It was not known when or if a hearing would be scheduled.<\/p>\n<p>\tStraub had vowed to appeal the sale of the property to Toronto-based Brookfield Asset Management for $110 million. A federal bankruptcy judge approved the deal on Oct. 7, despite Straub\u2019s contentions that Revel\u2019s lawyers reneged on a promise to share information on competing bids, something Revel has denied.<\/p>\n<p>\tStraub also claims Revel\u2019s attorneys accepted a bid by Brookfield past a specified deadline.<\/p>\n<p>\tCopyright 2014 The Associated Press.
