George Coleman, the Apostolic Administrator of Fall River, say the gambling industry threatens local businesses, \u201cweakens the moral fabric of society\u201d and \u201cfundamentally alters communities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\tThe bishops say the Massachusetts\u2019 economy has improved markedly since the casino law passed in 2011.
