\nFriday night i headed for Vegas, i parked my truck in the airport and you
\n\tneed a credit card to get into the space. There was some one beeping their horns
\n\tand i thought it was at me so i placed the credit card on the dash.<\/p>\n

\tWell i got to Vegas and my credit card was still on the dash, and since i only have
\n\tone now i had…none.<\/p>\n

\tGot into town at midnight, waited in line until 2 am to get the car i had pre paid for
\n\ton ly to find out i could not get it since i did not have the credit card. I took a Cab to the
\n\tHotel for $40 to find out that since my casino host did place my credit card number in her
\n\troom register i no longer had a room since they were full. I asked for a copy of my hosts
\n\troom register for me and i got the casino manager and showed him that it was not i but
\n\ttheir host that made the reservation. 3:30 i got a room.<\/p>\n

\tI spent most of Saturday getting a car without a credit card…..i cleaned a whole bag
\n\tof garbage from the car which was a 1967 dodge or close to it.<\/p>\n

\tAt any rate it had 4 tires and air.<\/p>\n

\tI got to town with $900 in cash and after paying the hotel room and security deposite and
\n\tthe car and security deposite, the cabs, i had $8 left and the car rental place informed
\n\tthere is no gas int he car but there is a gas station 3 blocks away and i better not go by
\n\tit. I bought $6 worth of gas and headed for Sam’s Town, my last $2 in tow to play poker and
\n\tuse my line of credit so i could eat supper.<\/p>\n

\tThe good news is i had a great trip, 3 fire bet winners and paid for my trip<\/p>\n

\tThe moral of the story is, well there is no moral, just dont leave your truck without your
\n\tcredit card.<\/p>\n

\n\tBY the way, it rained hard Sunday night and when you put the brights on in the
\n\t1947 rental ,one went out and you could not see anything in the rain<\/p>\n

LOL, funniest post in quite some time. Another reason I seldom use a credit card.<\/p>\n

Question, since your credit card was missing, have you reported it to the bank so that they can cancel it and issue you a new one? You should have done that immediately if not sooner. Also if someone has been using it, the bank should remove those charges from your bill. I would say get after it and move on. <\/p>\n

\tWe must admit it was a fun read. Sorry you had such a bad start to your trip. But congratulations on a successful trip at the tables.<\/p>\n
