\tquick check-in from Memphis.<\/p>\n

\tWe are set up and doing tune-ups and open house, people shuffling in and out. <\/p>\n

\tSo far I have been here three days and have had BBQ only 3 times. Trying to convince the crew to go to Corkeys tonight. <\/p>\n

\tLast night we were at Rendezvous, and had some really god ribs and the house ale, but I think that Corkeys is better than Rendezvous. <\/p>\n

\tSo far so good at the tables, all have been positive returns financially. The crews are some of the friendliest I have seen anywhere. In fact, they wont let us leave the table without insisting they give us a comp to eat something. I can really get used to this Southern hospitality.<\/p>\n

\tYall be good now, ya hear.<\/p>\n

Getting ready for opening day in the Memphis seminar. We shall see how good these students will become. So far at the open house they seem they want to learn<\/p>\n

Oh we got it!!! Sunday was nasty as hell. I heard even a couple of tornado’s touched down not too far from us.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The funny thing is that whenever we needed the rain to stop, like moving our equipment it stopped!<\/p>\n

I remember there being tornado warnings the first year we moved to Memphis from Tunica. It was rainy and windy. Some kind of tornado warning went off in the hotel. I think they told us to stay away from the windows or something. In the end we were fine in Memphis.<\/p>\n

\tBut the place in Tunica where we were supposed to have the class got hammered. I think they lost power for the entire week end. It turns out the Mississippi Gaming Commision did us a big favor by throwing GTC out of Mississippi.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
