I have read that is a favored technique recommended by sports psychologists. This game is 20% physical and 80% mental. <\/p>\n<p>\tI taught a Gold Medalist in rifle shooting and he told me that they would practice without shooting. They would hold their hands up as if they were holding their rifle and visualize hitting the bull&#8217;s eye.<\/p>\n<p>\tAnother very important thing that he told me that I use all the time is saying to themselves &quot;good shot&quot; when ever they scored a point. when I throw the dice and don&#8217;t throw a 7 I say to myself &quot;good shot&quot; because that is what we are trying to do &#8230; avoid the 7! <\/p>\n<p>\tTry it!<\/p>\n<p>\tDominator<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Besides the physical toss, I imagine my toss in my mind whenever I get the opportunity.
