\nHow do we include a spreadsheet into a post here?
\n\tI’ve seen spreadsheets in the CRAPS message board but have not done

\n\t "The extension xlr is not allowed."

\n\tAs soon as I figure out what I did I’ll post how. LOL.
\n\tNot as good at this computer stuff as you are.
\n\tTook four hours of effort, trying all sorts of stuff,
\n\tasking for help, till something seemed to work.
\n\tWill reply under this subject matter,

\n\tEssentially this is an indirect way from the .xlr file to the GTC website.<\/p>\n
\n\tOpen Adobe PhotoShop (or any such software. Haven’t tried Notebook nor MS Word):
\n\t Open a new file and name it (your file), then paste<\/strong> the xlr file there (<ctrl>V).
\n\t Save this file by clicking File, select "Save for Web<\/strong>",
\n\t In side window of next window click "Save" after ensuring settings of JPEG, 79 quality and "Optimized".
\n\t In next window "Save Optimized As", save your file .jpg as type Images Only (*.jpg), into your preferred folder
\n\t or on the desktop if you wish.<\/p>\n
\n\tYou’ll manage, I know. Let me know how it went.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n\tDid you experiment with a smaller size .JPG file, say below 500 KB ?
\n\tDid you take your screen shot with <Shift>PrtScr or <Alt>PrtScr ?
