Las Vegas was named top destination for singles in a recent TripAdvisor survey and also came in as the No. 2 domestic destination for couples. Head to Las Vegas.<\/p>\n<p>\tThe city was named the top destination for singles in a recent TripAdvisor survey. Las Vegas also came in as the No. 2 domestic destination for couples behind San Francisco in the same study that included almost 5,000 U.S. respondents.<\/p>\n<p>\tOf those surveyed, 92 percent will take a romantic trip in 2014, up from 78 percent in 2013.
