\tReviewers said the Trop has great customer service and feels more like a locals casino than a Strip casino.<\/p>\n
\tExcept for this guy: \u201cAnyone else tired of voting? I\u2019m tire of being harassed. This is the last time that I\u2019m voting. I don\u2019t get paid enough for this. I don\u2019t think anyone will believe we have the best architecture if we win that too.\u201d<\/p>\n
\t2. Aliante<\/p>\n
\tLocals raved about the service at Aliante.<\/p>\n
\t\u201cIts a mix of the quality level you might get at Monte Carlo or Red Rock (not exactly opulent but new and clean) and the value you might get downtown,\u201d one reviewer wrote.<\/p>\n
\t3. South Point<\/p>\n
\tReviewers called the South Point an \u201call-in-one experience.\u201d<\/p>\n
\t\u201cIt\u2019s a great place to take out of town guests because they make them feel like VIPs without costing a small fortune,\u201d one local wrote.<\/p>\n
\t4. Red Rock Resort<\/p>\n
\tRed Rock got great reviews for a helpful staff.<\/p>\n
\tOne reviewer wasn\u2019t too hot on the casino\u2019s cocktails, but overall the casino is rated five stars.<\/p>\n
\t5. M Resort<\/p>\n
\tM Resort gets high ratings for its easy access, plentiful parking and friendly staff.<\/p>\n
\t\u201cAwesome but a wee bit pricey for that far off the strip,\u201d one reviewer wrote. \u201cAwesome bar with exceptional beer options.\u201d<\/p>\n
\t6. Silverton<\/p>\n
\tCheerful staff and a relaxed atmosphere help the Silverton make the list.<\/p>\n
\t\u201cThis casino is very low key for people that do not like a bunch of crowds and drunks, for people that are there for fun, gambling, eating and drinking,\u201d one reviewer wrote.<\/p>\n
\t7. Green Valley Ranch<\/p>\n
\tReviewers said Green Valley Ranch is the best of all Station Casinos for locals.<\/p>\n
\t\u201cThey didn\u2019t have as many movies on as other cinemas in town, so we were limited but just wanted to kill some time,\u201d one reviewer wrote. \u201cLove the casino itself, though.\u201d<\/p>\n
\t8. Sam\u2019s Town<\/p>\n
\tSam\u2019s got good reviews for having a staff that has been there long enough to remember the locals.<\/p>\n
\tOne reviewer raved about the daytime bingo cocktail waitress:<\/p>\n
\t\u201cShe is very kind and professional she always knows what I want to drink. I want you to know what an asset she is to that company and she is one of the reasons we go there to play bingo.\u201d<\/p>\n
\t9. D Las Vegas<\/p>\n
\tLocals praised the D for bringing a party atmosphere downtown.<\/p>\n
\tReviewers suggested checking out the Long Bar.<\/p>\n
\t10. The Orleans<\/p>\n
\tWhy is the Orleans a good casino? Well, obviously because of the lack of tourists, reviewers said.<\/p>\n
\tLike most casinos on the list, the Orleans also got props for a friendly staff.<\/p>\n

This Hotel which I stayed at just after opening and currently have a reservation for Valentines Weekend. Prior to me calling my host, I called the hotel main line to see if they had a standard room available. Advised that they were booked. So I decided to called my host on Tuesday and he immediately said he had room for me. I mentioned that I called the hotel first before bothering him for a room. He said he’s got me a comped room, no worries, just show up. He had rooms in his back pocket he said. Sweet!!! Last time I stayed there, for the first time, my Host Al, Gave me RFB&L (RT Airport service). Before I even laid a dime on the felt. All the acholades mentioned in the above article, would represent the Downtown Grand hands down. Check it out GTCer.
