\nPresident Obama is visiting the Queen.<\/p>\n
\t"Your Majesty, how do you run such an efficient government?
\n\tAre there any tips you can give me?"<\/p>\n
\t"Well," said the Queen,<\/p>\n
\t"The most important thing is to surround yourself with intelligent people."<\/p>\n
\tObama frowned, and then asked,<\/p>\n
\t"But how do I know if the people around me are really intelligent?"<\/p>\n
\tThe Queen took a sip of champagne.<\/p>\n
\t"Oh, that’s easy; you just ask them to answer an intelligent riddle, watch"
\n\tThe Queen pushed a button on her intercom.
\n\t"Please send Tony Blair in here, would you?"
\n\tTony Blair walked into the room and said,
\n\t"Yes, your Majesty?"<\/p>\n
\tThe Queen smiled and said,<\/p>\n
\t"Answer me this please Tony.
\n\tYour mother and father have a child. It is not your brother and it is not your sister. Who is it?"<\/p>\n
\tWithout pausing for a moment, Tony Blair answered\u2026<\/p>\n
\t"That would be me."<\/p>\n
\t"Yes! Very good." said the Queen.<\/p>\n
\tObama went back home to ask Joe Biden the same question.<\/p>\n
\t"Joe, answer this for me."<\/p>\n
\t"Your mother and your father have a child.
\n\tIt’s not your brother and it’s not your sister.
\n\tWho is it?"<\/p>\n
\t"I’m not sure," said Biden.<\/p>\n
\t"Let me get back to you on that one."<\/p>\n
\tHe went to his advisors and asked everyone, but none could give him an answer
\n\tFrustrated, Biden went to work in congressional gym and saw Paul Ryan there.<\/p>\n
\n\tBiden went up to him and asked, "Hey Paul, see if you can answer this question."
\n\t"Shoot Joe."
\n\t\u201cYour mother and father have a child and it’s not your brother or your sister
\n\tWho is it?"
\n\tPaul Ryan answered,<\/p>\n
\t"That’s easy, it’s me!"<\/p>\n
\n\tBiden smiled, and said, "Good answer Paul!"<\/p>\n
\tBiden then, went back to speak with President Obama.
\n\t"Say, I did some research and I have the answer to that riddle."<\/p>\n
\t"It’s Paul Ryan!"<\/p>\n
\tObama got up, stomped over to Biden, and angrily yelled into his face,<\/p>\n
\t"No! You idiot! It’s Tony Blair!"<\/p>\n
\t…AND THAT MY FRIENDS IS PRECISELY WHAT’S GOING ON AT THE WHITE HOUSE<\/p>\n
