Seafood especially.  My fingers swell a little. Sounds more like a shell fish allergy. Those can be dangerous. Caution. So after a big meal take a little time off by taking a short walk, playing a little blackjack using speed count, head to a $.25 ( or $.05) video poker, of if a GTC player you know is in position, make a few bests as he\/she rolls. I try not to over indulge. I find I get full much more easily these days. I have been using Trivia instead of sugar with my coffee and other foods. Higher protein with 52 grams of carb&#8217;s with each meal. Four real food meals along with protein shake at 10 and 2 pm. Oatmeal with cinnamon in the morning or granola cereal with 1%milk. Cinnamon has been proven to help with memory. Trying to stay away from salt, sugar, and fat. I don&#8217;t eat anything white. White stuff has a to much fat in it. I use avocado&#8217;s, olive oil, Omg-3 for my fat intake. I eat a hand full of almonds, walnuts, or mixed nuts each morning along with a good multivitamin. I drink one gallon of water a day to flush out  impurities in my body. I usually eat a lean meat like eye of round, broccoli, and a small sweet potato in the day time. In the evening going with fish, brown rice, broccoli or any type of green.  I sometimes eat a lot of fat when I need extra strength. It may be the salt they add to the batter or how they process it. I don&#8217;t have any allergy but do notice the fluid issue in my hands after having eaten shell fish. I also agree with those above about not eating and big meals prior to a night or day of rolling. Light meals work well for me.
