\nSome people feel like this is a land grab by the fortunate ones, some people feel that the deadbeats that own the foreclosed upon homes have to be take out of the system so that the market has a chance to recover. <\/p>\n

\tThe problem is there is a lot of greed in some of these transactions and not all of them are taking over the foreclosed homes in an ethical manner. <\/p>\n

\tIt is very sad to see homeowners that have been in a house for 10 years and have equity, and are trying to pay their bills, but have fallen on hard times, just get kicked out with the kids in tow.<\/p>\n
