Prominent advertisements declared that &quot;you can\u2019t lose,&quot; with the promise that gamblers who gambled and lost $100 or more could have their losses reimbursed via free slot play, distributed over a period of time. <\/p>\n<p>\tThe drive was successful, with the casino experiencing a 33 percent increase in revenue compared to the same month the previous year, but the suit alleges that the rules, hidden in &quot;virtually illegible&quot; ultra-fine print, rendered the offer disingenuous, with its stipulations that the losses would be rebated in the form of &quot;free play&quot; slot dollars, distributed 5 percent at a time over 20 consecutive weeks, with no &quot;full repayment&quot; if any single week were missed.
