\n\tA ball hitting a tree shall be deemed not to have hit the tree. This
\n\tIs Simply bad luck and luck has no place in a scientific game. The
\n\tSenior Player must estimate the distance the ball would have traveled
\n\tIf it had Not hit the tree and play the ball from there.<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Rule 3.B.3(G)
\n\tThere shall be no such thing as a lost ball. The missing ball is on or
\n\tNear the course and will eventually be found and pocketed by someone
\n\tElse, making it a stolen ball. The player is not to compound the
\n\tFelony by charging himself or herself with a penalty.<\/p>\n

\n\tIf a putt passes over a hole without dropping, it is deemed to have
\n\tDropped. The law of gravity supersedes the Rules of Golf.<\/p>\n

\n\tPutts that stop close enough to the cup that they could be blown in,
\n\tMay be blown in. This does not apply to balls more than three inches
\n\tFrom the hole. No one wants to make a travesty of the game.<\/p>\n

\n\tThere is no penalty for so-called "out of bounds." If penny-pinching
\n\tGolf course owners bought sufficient land, this would not occur.. The
\n\tSenior golfer deserves an apology, not a penalty.<\/p>\n

\n\tThere is no penalty for a ball in a water hazard, as golf balls should
\n\tFloat. Senior golfers should not be penalized for manufacturers’
\n\tShortcomings.<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Rule 8.k.9( S)
\n\tAdvertisements claim that golf scores can be improved by purchasing
\n\tNew golf equipment. Since this is financially impractical for many
\n\tSenior golfers, one-half stroke per hole may be subtracted for using
\n\tOld equipment.<\/p>\n
