I call it a practice scrimmage&#8212;like we use to do in high school basketball.  I am not really working specific aspects of my throw. <\/p>\n<p>\tTook a tune up with Dominator and he was a great help.  I have a couple of areas of my throw where I had gotten lazy.  He helped correct this.  Here are some things I do in practice with the lastest one I have added.<\/p>\n<p>\t1.  At set up and just before I make my throw I use the little level that the Beautitul Alligator Rose purchased at Home Depot.  It is so small that I have use my left left ( I throw right handed) to lightly place the level on the dice to make sure they are level to the table right be fore I start my back swing.  I did not know it, but when I am set to start my back swing everytime the dice look level to me but my first finget was ever so slightly higher.  I use the level so that I can get the muscle memory to know they are level.  Have been doing this for severa days and now about 85% of the time the dice are level to the bottom of the table when I use the level.  I am shooting for 100%.   This must be learned in practice as I think it is a good bet the casino will not let you use a level at the table&#8212;-DUH!!!!!<\/p>\n<p>\t2  I have a mirrow that is 24&quot; by 36&quot; that I place in two different locations depending on what I am working on.  <\/p>\n<p>\t      a.  at the end of the table so that I can watch my hand and arm through out the throw to see if the back swing is straight back, the forward swing is straight forward, and if my<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h3>Replies:<\/h3>\n<p>No replies were posted for this topic.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In practice I have a bad habit of throwing the dice and playing with the chips as if I was in the casino playing for real.
