\nMYRON Greenberg, a wealthy L.A. businessman received a letter of Audit
\n\tfrom the IRS. It really upsets him and he called his Accountant, SAUL Meyers.<\/p>\n
\n\tMYRON: (pleading): \u201cSaul, what are they doing to me?
\n\tWhy are they doing this to me?\u201d\u2019<\/p>\n
\n\tSaul (calming); \u201cMyron, don\u2019t worry about it. I\u2019ve got all the
\n\treceipts, the account is up to date, it\u2019s no problem. But let me
\n\tgive you a bit of advice. When you go to the Audit, make a bad
\n\timpression. Wear the crummiest, dirtiest clothes you\u2019ve got.
\n\tHave holes in your shoes, ripped pants and look shabby . I mean
\n\treally look terrible, because if they have a little sympathy, they\u2019ll
\n\tgo easy on you.\u201d<\/p>\n
\n\tThen Myron called his Lawyer, CHARLIE Steinberg. His Lawyer said:
\n\tCHARLIE: \u201cAndy it\u2019s no problem, I\u2019m sure they got the receipts,
\n\tI\u2019m sure everything is up to date, you\u2019ve got a great accountant,
\n\tdon\u2019t worry about it. Let me give you a tip. When you go to the
\n\tAudit, it\u2019s very important that you make a good impression. Wear
\n\tyour best suit, and your shirt with a silk tie and cuff links and shine
\n\tyour shoes, look like somebody. Because if you look like a somebody
\n\tthey respect you and will go easy on you.\u201d<\/p>\n
\n\tAnd now he\u2019s torn. And that night he bumped into his RABBI at the Deli..
\n\tAnd he told the Rabbi the story.<\/p>\n
\n\tRABBI: \u201cMyron, it reminds me of sometimes when I perform a
\n\twedding. The bride\u2019s father will tell his daughter that on her
\n\twedding night to wear a nightgown with a high collar and long
\n\tsleeves and a full-length robe…cover up, you know, be a little
\n\tdemure. And the mother says, \u2018Don\u2019t be silly. Wear a low cut
\n\t\u201cnegligee\u201d with the cleavage sticking out — look a little sexy\u2019\u2026.
\n\tand Myron I will say to you just like I say to the Bride on her
\n\twedding night, it makes no difference what you wear, you\u2019re
\n\tgonna get screwed\u201d\u2026.<\/p>\n
