Maybe he should turn it over to a committee again. It was a challenge to come up with a great post and most did it without thinking about winning the award. I think the quality of posts

\tHow do you know there were 800 views? Over what time period? If this is correct it seems to me that some things hardly change. There are many readers and not so many posters.

\tProbably. I am expecting things to change when the web site gets updated. This was supposed to happen last
\n\tOctober but obviously something has held it up. Feels to me that Dom should delegate this as he doesn’t seem
\n\tto get it done. At least that is what the best leaders do.<\/p>\n

@dominator Well I think they are talking about updating this blog software, but first let me say. A Good Leader brings out the best in people. If delegating is what that includes then so be it, I feel that Dom has said to me since I was hired about 3 years ago the blog was one of the things to upgrade but there have been priorities including the web site and new books, seminar training, etc, not to mention older operating systems and out dated platform software that could not be upgraded, so that means it requires a migration to new software which is what finally happened. Its not rocket science but sometimes things may be out of your control and they also may not be what they seem to be. In this case I think its a few things for sure, 1. Fussy impatient people that do not know what is going on behind the scenes. 2. A very busy project manager that is glad to help when\/if a solution is ever found, 3. A team of workers from halfway around the world being paid to convert old data to the new format, I wonder do they even speak english. 4. Then there’s Dom, a gentle kind man with all the understanding in the world, he gets it, he knows whats going on. He knows to ask about the upgrades periodically in a nice way so as not to irritate developers, he is bringing out the best in them and through his perseverance got it done, sorry it was not as fast as some of you wanted. There was a lot involved and Dom had to throw a lot of money at it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

there really has not been that many complaints that I know about . I do think 7 yrs is not being impatient at all . It is just a little thing compared to what you have done in the last 3 yrs . Dom could just say at this time it is not a great idea and I would be happy with that and then that would free up more space on the site .<\/p>\n
I some times delete a post if it does not get viewed to free up space for other posts .<\/p>\n
This site has gotten better as yrs. gone by .<\/p>\n

Dom I understand that it is hard to please all . You have improved this site along with the classes . I am sure there is a lot going on that most have no idea about and would just say that is crazy .<\/p>\n
