\nA policemen was working his beat one night. His area of responsibility included the "lover’s lane" area where the young couples would hang out. He was making his routine tour of that area to make sure there were no potential robbers of other people who might hurt the young people in the area. All seemed in order until he noticed that one car parked over to the side had it’s interior light on. This seemed unusual so he went over to investigate.<\/p>\n

\tIn the front seat sat a young man reading a magazine and in the back seat was a young lady filing her finger nails. This was unusual so he knocked on the driver side window. The young man rolled down the window and the officer asked "what are you doing?"<\/p>\n

\tThe young man responded "reading a magazine."<\/p>\n

\tThe officer asked "what is she doing?"<\/p>\n

\tAgain the man responded "filing her finger nails."<\/p>\n

\tThen the officer asked "young man, how old are you?"<\/p>\n

\tThe man replied "23 sir."<\/p>\n

\tThe officer asked "how old is she?’<\/p>\n

\tThe young man looked at his watch and replied "in 10 minutes she will be 18!!!"<\/p>\n
