\n\tThis week I made a rare weekday run to AC.\u00a0 This, to the best of my recollection is how things went:<\/p>\n
\tThe weather was better than it had been so I decided to head over to the Boardwalk rather than the Marina District as is my usual routine.
\n\tI parked at Revel and did a once around the casino. The place was dead. As beautiful as this place is, for some reason I just do not get the right vibe here. I decided not to play here so I\u00a0walked out to the boards and headed to the other joints.
\n\tI headed all the way up to the the properties owned by "The Emperor’s" Corporation. Boy have thay let the cowboy themed place go to hell. It is really disgraceful. Crossed over into the nicest of their three attached properties.\u00a0 Walked around a little thought about Pai Gow Poker but then decided to head over to the craps tables. There was a decent amount of people playing. \u00a0I watched for a bit, it was up and down, actually mostly down. When the space\u00a0one over from the stick departed I took his spot.
\n\tWhen I got my chips the dice were two spots over from me. Both players did nothing with their rolls.
\n\tThe dice come to me and as some of you know for the last few years I have had a problem with my hand. I have very little feeling (numbness, tingling sometimes pain) in the tips of the fingers of my right (shooting hand). It actually hurts now as I type.\u00a0I been to doctors and had tons of test. Nothing serious was found (Thank God)\u00a0 so they called it idiopathic neuropathy which in lay mans terms means that they do not know the cause and it ain’t gonna kill me so live with it (LOL) Anyway as you may suspect this effects my dice shooting. Afterall if you can not feel the dice it is difficult to get a good shot. To compensate for this I developed my own grip, I call it\u00a0"The Cage"\u00a0. What is\u00a0"The Cage"\u00a0you ask?\u00a0 Well… it is…Thumb at rear of dice where they meet, Middle fingers front of dice\u00a0. Nothing unusual there,\u00a0 the difference is I use the index finger and the pinkey\u00a0on the outside to secure the dice. This is done with just a slight pressure.\u00a0Is it the optimial grip? Probably not but, it is what I am used to so\u00a0for me it the only choice.
\n\tOkay, back to the craps table. Looking down the table I see there is a Don’t Pass Player betting Green Chips at the\u00a0hook.\u00a0
\n\tThe dice come to me and I do my usual comeout of the All 7’s set.\u00a0 First toss\u00a0 is a 7 "Winner Pay the line".
\n\tNext Toss is a 7 \u00a0"Winner pay the line". Hmmm this is encouraging I think.
\n\tThird Toss 11 "Winner Pay the Line" OK lucky roll but a win is a win \ud83d\ude42
\n\tDice come back to me. I look down the table and my eyes meet the Don’t Player, he looks like he daring me to do it again. I pick up the dice, I tell myself OK another come out 7 I can do this , I can do this, Come on Seven I think as the dice leave my hand before I see the face of the dice I hear. "3 Craps".\u00a0 I look at the Don’t player\u00a0he has a smirk on his face.
\n\tDice come back. Lets try this again I think.
\n\tComing out again. I set and give the dice a toss it is a\u00a04 and a\u00a02 for a 6
\n\tOK I need a six I am silently saying over and over to myself
\n\tThis Don’t player is at the end of the table staring at me. He is \u00a0is getting into my head. I have to concentrate.
\n\t\u00a0Let Me have the 5 and the\u00a08 I say pushing my chips towards the dealer.
\n\tI set for the hardways
\n\tI pick up the dice, set the Hardways set and toss the cubes down the table they come to rest on\u00a0 4 and 4.\u00a0 "Eight! Hard Eight! The stickan bellows.\u00a0.
\n\tPress The eight and give me a two-way hard six I sat tossing my chips towards the stickman
\n\tI toss a few numbers, I think I had a hard four in there and some garbage.
\n\tOkay concentrate I tell myself. Dealer pushes the dice over. I am about to reach for them and I see the Don’t Playerhe has chips on the Don’t Come and he is\u00a0smirking. As revenge I make a Come Bet
\n\tI toss the dice it is a five and four. I toss out chips and take odds on the nine.
\n\tNext toss is my miracle toss as I come right back with the five and four. I collect my bet
\n\tI am feeling hot so I toss some chips to the stick give me the hard eight and add to my hard six.
\n\tI pick up the dice and toss them it is a 5 and\u00a0 5 "Ten, Ten Hard" the dealers states.\u00a0
\n\tArrrrrggg, I did not have than. I am pissed.
\n\tI am more pissed because I see the Don’t guys has another Don’t Come bet out there.
\n\tI toss out some more chips, "I want to buy the 4 and the ten" I tell the dealer.\u00a0 He places the chips on the numbers and put the little "BUY" lammer on top.
\n\tNext toss 6 and 4.\u00a0 I am thinking that the negative Juju of the Don’t guy is going to invade my psyche so I decide to lock up the win and\u00a0 tell the dealer to take me off the Ten and I put the Chips in my rack.
\n\tNest toss 5 and 5 … I am not on it That sucks
\n\tNext toss 6 and 2. I lose my hardway but win the Place bet. Take me down I say.
\n\tI think I had two more no decision or inconsequential tosses here. I do not recall.
\n\tI now have The point of Six, The Hards Six, the Five and the Four.
\n\tThe Don’t guy is doing something on the other end of the table but I do not know what because I am ignoring him. The Right bettors are happy because I have thrown some number, which was more than the shotters did before I bought in
\n\tI pick up the Dice and\u00a0 it is a 3 and 1. I say take me off the four and collect my chips.
\n\tI keep tossing and I throw a\u00a0bunch more points that I am not on before I finally make the five and take my bet down.
\n\tI now have one bet left. I have thrown a bunch of points repeating many and killing the Don’t guy.
\n\tI just need the Six, preferrably a hard six.
\n\tI set the dice. 3 and 3 on top. Gently toss the dice. I see a three and the other die is behind an odds bet. As I am hoping for anothee three I hear "Seeeeven Out, Line Away"

\n\tMoral of the story. You win some and you lose some but sometime knowing when to take your win is the best thing
