\nPlanning a trip to Montreal and they are supposed to have the largest casino in the World or at least North America. Anyone been there done that? Starting my French Canadian language lessons (baguette) and looking forward to bring home some Loonies. <\/p>\n

\tI am a Canadian but do not live in Quebec. I visited Montreal and the casino about 11 years ago (Pre GTC days) and thought the casino was great. Played craps but left a small donation. Good luck and take back some Loonies and Toonies ($2 coins).<\/p>\n

\tI would be interested in a report as my wife and I are thinking of a trip to Monteal in the next year.<\/p>\n

\tYou should have no problem with English, but the present Quebec Governmant (Parti Quebecois) is trying to push french down everyones thoat in Quebec.<\/p>\n

Hi CCroller, yes I did play in Montreal. Not a good experience. The casino looks very outdated. It is almost a round building so very unusual interior. As for the tables, they are regulation. The dealers were speaking half English and half French. I couldn’t figure out what they were saying most of the time. Anyhow, that was my experience. Hope you have a better one. Let me know how it goes.<\/p>\n

\tI am not planning a trip this year, maybe next year. Montreal is not on the top of my list at this time. Will let you know when we go.

So CC and Cm are you gentlemen from Ontario? My family is originally from the Lindsey, Peterbourough, Bobcaygeon, Toronto area. I was raised in MIchigan. A recent tranplant to CA.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\tYes we are both from the GTA area. I am retired but Cm still works. <\/p>\n

\tI know the areas you mentioned as I used to have a business in a small town (30 years ago) just west of Lindsay.<\/p>\n

\tYes I currently live in Brampton, just west of Toronto. Lived in Toronto until I moved five years ago. Know the area and played in most casinos in the GTA. Let me know if you are close by.<\/p>\n
