\nHello everyone, I am "Chip". I am rejoining GTC as an instructor after a long absence due to health reasons. I was with GTC from its inception. Some of you may remember me but most will not. I am a member of the 40 and 50 plus shooters ranks and have been an assistant instructor since the first Memphis class. I have taught in a clinical environment for my entire career and this experience and my ability to communicate well with others will help you achieve your goals as an advantage player. Even though we had not spoken in a few years, we had an hour long conversation about poker, his advise helped me last the entire first day. \n\tWhen you asked if Chip and his wife Dip were still into horses I have to let the other members know that people who are into horses gaze with wonder and envy when they receive their various horse publications and see the horses that these folks have bred and trained. They are at the pinnacle of horse breeders and have (excuse me if I don’t know the proper termination) National Champions in their stable. Their horses are world class.

\n\tIn answer to your questions, yes we still have horses, but we are limiting our breeding these days. It was always a physical challenge, but now that aspect has become too much for us. We still own our super horse "Bustline". As btk stated she is our 7x World Champion and 2x Reserve World Grand Champion. We have raised many WC’s and WGC’s and like btk stated we are very proud when we see one from our farm doing well in the shows.
\n\tPoker continues to help pay for my woodworking hobby. This year I am on somewhat of a roll, so to speak. I only play tournaments and have made the money in 7 out of 10 since the first of the year. I have totally drunk the "Festool" Kool-Aid so I need to keep the streak alive! (Look up the Festool prices and you’ll understand) \ud83d\ude2e
\n\tI retired from my career doing anesthesia in Aug. 2010 when I suffered a severe back injury. I have not regretted that decision for one moment as the possibility of causing harm to a patient because of my preoccupation with my own pain would have devastated me. Especially after a 40 plus year career with NO law suits!
\n\tSoooo…..fast forward to today. Dominator and the rest of the partners have invited me to return to teaching with them. I look forward to the challenges and hope to be a asset to GTC and all of our students.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
