\nWell, I know I do not post often, but I do get a lot out of all your posts and encourage participation.
\n\tBit this CIII stuff and other comments to this board are rather troublesome.
\n\tAs a Business owner over 20 years, and as a fleet manager before that I had to deal with many people and situations every day. Now I deal with a multiple customers, with deferant personalities and their individual concerns. I hear the bitching about other facilities, and Yes, even some complaints about mine.(not very many tho)<\/p>\n
\tThis GTC stuff about the company as a whole and also about Dom and Frank. Hey, GTC is a company, a Corporation that offers a product, sells the product and most of all, Delivers a great product. They offer Advise, hire great personnel to teach what they have perfected. There are other Crap camps out there. Just like there are other products we get offered and purchase every day. Some are good, some a great, some are just Bull- Sh**T.<\/p>\n
\tGTC personnel fly where they need to, stay at a hotel at their own expense. Look at the quility of instructors, assitants, and mentors. The high caliber of people I know in this group would not be around if they thought Dom and Frank were selling Bull-Sh**t.<\/p>\n
\tYou can’t please everyone. Others try to tear down successful people and companies. They are petty, they are jealous, they are not qaulity people. I do not like the term "get a life". But I respect my fellow GTC’er. The people I work with and for, and also the students. If they want to rip on GTC later, go right ahead. That is there right.<\/p>\n
\tBut their right is NOT to defame Frank, Dom or GTC. Just move over, shut up. I am in this group because I respect my friends and "I love to play the game of CRAPS as an Advantaged player"<\/p>\n
\tWho taught me that? Frank, Dom, Darryl, BTK, Bob, Bill B,Jerry. That is who I learned from. I researched their company before getting involved 9-10 years ago. If you are part of GTC, enjoy the ride. If you are not successful, look within, are you working at your own success.<\/p>\n
\tMy technicians to get better go to 12 seminars a year to keep up and to be the best possible. Education is what Frank and Dom teach. If you get your feeling hurt.Talk to a fellow GTC’er or shut up if you want to bash them, "Publicly.<\/p>\n
\tIf you want to complain, talk in person to Frank or Dom. Me as an owner and I am sure they would Always talk to a person that is pissed off about a situation. I always discuss with my customers any concerns. But, I am close to the problem. The time Frank and Dom hear about it it is over the GTC site or other sites and the Stupid heads start talking.<\/p>\n
\tThis company is like no other. Make an offer, teach it with commitment, and make a profit. Don’t get your feeling hurt if someone does not agree with you. Just find an alternative vent system.<\/p>\n
\tSo, get pissed off about the economy or Pres.Obama and pray for a change all right.<\/p>\n
\tBut, I hope and pray that GTC and Dom and Frank dont change in their commitment for all of us to excel.<\/p>\n
\tSorry I rambled, just "Nicks "Point of View"<\/p>\n

\n\tgoing to get the expertise we have on craps, where you going to find the instructors,
\n\tinterns… then where you going to find them that really give a crap… you cant….a
\n\tgood organization attracts the best people…..period<\/p>\n
\n\twhat ever you want…. a tape, here are the best, a book , the best, a begining
\n\tcourse on craps.. who else has one, a refresher, video analysis…. the best
\n\tturn ups for a couple of bucks….. the advanced class.. and on and on.<\/p>\n
\n\tit all, not every aspect will appeal to every player in the same way, it cant.<\/p>\n
\n\tdont sweat the small stuff. This is the place to be.<\/p>\n
\n\tWe try to act the right way at the table, do the rights things, sometimes we throw
\n\twell some times we are not so good… people here dont really believe in this stuff,
\n\tyet when ever we go to the tables now… all the serious guys are trying to set the dice,
\n\tall trying to throw from stick left\/right 1 or 2… it is fun to watch because none of these
\n\tguys know about GTC or Frank or Dom and yet the influence of GTC, Frank and Dom
\n\thas grown and is there… <\/p>\n
