\tSue and I had a very interesting trip ( laughing)<\/p>\n
\tIt was indeed the most interesting trip i have been on ranging from a number
\n\tnice wins on card tables by my wife, to several bouts of why in the world
\n\thave i invested the time and money i have to be a dice controller, and
\n\tfor the first time being singled out a number of times as a dice controller,to
\n\tsome sole searching and a good ending.<\/p>\n
\tFirst Sue and i always have good trips together, other stuff is a bonus, but
\n\tdamnit i am supposed to be a dice controller, that means I have the advantage
\n\tnot them……..laughing.<\/p>\n
\tAny way from a craps stand point it was not what i was looking for. First we have
\n\tbeen playing more at home on the tables that seem to best fit my throw. The
\n\ttables here are very different, RS was to high, CB was to long and bouncy and
\n\tGN for me atleast was unplayable with the bounce. Now let me indicate i
\n\tam not complaining about the tables, i was just not good enough to figure them
\n\tout, some of you are. P was a short table with good bounce but they only had
\n\tthe right side of the table open all the time (board placed in middle). We tried
\n\tfrom the very end, both Bob and i had ok rolls, but as soon as they saw we were
\n\t dice setting they took the board away so we had the throw the entire table. We
\n\tleft and came back the next day and as soon as they saw us throw they took it away
\n\tagain.<\/p>\n
\tThe green place has a decent table and bounce and i went there 4 times and could
\n\tnever get st1.<\/p>\n
\tSo most of my frustration was playing on varied tables . The last night i got on
\n\tthe 14′ at AQ and that had a nice bounce and after a couple of getting used to
\n\trolls i did well. toss looked very good and repeated many 4,6,8 much like at
\n\thome. Right away i got the " you must have seen that video to stuff"
\n\tthat seems to be the saying at every table in town. My second nice roll the
\n\tpit boss stopped my and said no more of that, the dice need to roll. I said
\n\ti dont understand, after they leave my hand i have no idea what they are going
\n\tto do. He said no more of that landing flat, hitting the wall and then just falling
\n\tdown. i want them to roll. I new what he meant, but i just kept throwing
\n\tand it was ok. <\/p>\n
\tWhen i was done i asked him if that was ok and he said not really, anyway
\n\twhen you see the folks at Golden Touch tell them that stuff does not work anyway.
\n\tI said well if i ever see any one like that i will pass that along..<\/p>\n
\tNext day went back and had two more sessions that were fun. Last one had nice roll
\n\twith 5 6’s in a row. . The crew was talking about setting and the video, stick guy said it is all
\n\tluck anyway, box man said i dont think i agree with that. <\/p>\n
\tTime to go i noted to the boxman that i was looking for a place to play here in
\n\tLaughflin, since i did not want to play at RS and would i be welcome here. He said
\n\the is ok with it, just try to not get to slow, Said the night pit boss does not
\n\tlike setting so he was not sure about that. I thanked him for letting me play.<\/p>\n
\n\tI got beat up pretty good for 3.5 days so when i did get to play under the better
\n\tconditions, i was not betting as much as i should be so my good rolls did not make
\n\tup for the all the bad stuff. So in the end i was a loser.<\/p>\n
\tThe good side was that all this nonsense again revealed the one absolute in my throw
\n\tthat makes me hit 4\/6\/8 over and over or makes me worse than a ramdom
\n\tthrower. I have to play where i have that, or i will not be a very good.<\/p>\n
\tIn the end it was a costly lesson, but a lesson learned none the less.<\/p>\n
