Five minutes of freefall! 600 MPH! that would be fantastic. Amazing, however, that with all the newer technology he apparently did not break Kittinger’s records. Awesome feat!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Well, Pointman, it is a very long way down.<\/p>\n

\tI wonder how close he was able to get to his target spot. I can do pretty well from 12,000-15,000 ft. AGL but 17 miles???? I suspect the landing area was nothing but wide open spaces.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

He probably landed in the same area reserved for UFOs near Roswell. Doesn’t the government keep that area wide open for UFO landings?<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
