I’m not being critical, but why would anyone have a yard that big? Here are some options for you to consider: 1) put an oil rig on that land Texas style. 2) Plant shade trees to harvest in 40 years. 3) Become a goat farmer and leave the yard to them. Or, my favorite, 4) start a junkyard with a bulldog and a sign saying, “Don’t bring a knife to a gun fight.” You will get zero complaints about that last option.<\/p>\n
Then you can spend your time at the Craps table – a much better use of your time than mowing your field twice a month.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

HaHa, Thoughts of Texas. There is a lot of ledge in there. Drilling would be expensive. No oil but good drinking water from the well. Five hundred foot elevation so we always have a breeze and sunshine. Cannabis has always grown well in the oversized garage. Tried brewing hops for a while. \u00a0Believe me I have thought of the junk yard idea when my neighbors piss me off. I have a good vantage site for the zombie apocalypse. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
