I played this table, made a point and then quickly sevened out.\u00a0 The table is sure challenging, shooting from the end.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Throwing from the the is a little different and you would need to practice a little before you next head to a casino to play one of there tables.\u00a0 Your throw would not be a “side ways” throw like we usually use but one where you use the same grip and finger & thumb placement, but your throw would be a little different.\u00a0 You would be standing at the end of the table, so you would reach straight out a little toward the far end of the table, bring your hand straight back and keeping the dice level to the table, throwing straight ahead letting the dice roll off of your finger tips so that the dice stay together hit the table 3 to 4 inches from the back wall hitting the back wall softly with as little bounce back as possible.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Will take some practice to make this adjustment.\u00a0 But could well be worth the time spent once you get to a casino with this type of table.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The obvious benefit to the casino is there is just a stickman. No dealers, no boxman. Cuts the number of employees from 4\/table down to 1\/table. And it looks like the intent is to have 1 table, with as many “players” as can be fit in the “stadium”.<\/p>\n
The downside for the casino is that the “up front and close to the action” excitement endemic to Craps is gone. No player excitement, no interest in the game. It looks sterile.<\/p>\n
The upside for the player is you will be able to 5-count to your heart’s content. You could probably skip betting on random layers altogether. And, you will always shoot from the same table position with no chips in the way.<\/p>\n
At least it’s only 8′ end to end.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The 8 feet from back wall too back wall is about the same distance as the GTC position when you roll from SL1 or SR1 on a 12 foot table.\u00a0 The important thing to remember you need to practice your throw from the end of the table because you will not be throwing a “side way” shot but one where you will be throwing straight out.\u00a0 You would use the same grip just a different swing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Great point, Preacher, however I’m now wondering about ratings on these tables. \u00a0The RTW were horrible on ratings.<\/p>\n
Now a new point comes up and that’s on collusion. \u00a0Apparently the MS Gaming commission closed down all RTW tables in the state due to collusion where the single dealer colluded with player(s) to input winning numbers and they split proceeds. \u00a0These new tables are going to require better SOP’s to eliminate that risk. \u00a0even dragging the dice to a camera gives a change to flip to or off a seven before whatever is happening in that circle of light happens. \u00a0Much to happen here for sure.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

You can stand sideways at the hook to make your shot. <\/span><\/p>\nI have also done this on a regular felt tables many times in crowded conditions. Its pretty funny because you have to excuse yourself to the end shooter because you are leaning out in front of his position.<\/span><\/p>\nWith “Stadium Craps” which has a felt top, you will set your dice off the back wall and swing out away from the wall. We have only played this table a couple of times. I have not figured it out yet.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
