First I thought, “That’s Doc’s arm! Now Ill never hear the end of it.” I expected Doc to start regularly asking me, “Guess whose arm is on the cover of ‘The Complete Guide to Winning at Craps”? Guess, Preacher, guess!” Now I can say, “Can’t be you, Doc. Dominator would never allow glued dice on the cover of his book.” Nevertheless, Doc is a great craps player and all around good guy, but don’t tell him I said so.<\/p>\n
Dom, I’ll be ordering several copies of your book. Let me know if you’ll have signed hard copies, and I’ll buy them pronto – 5 to start. Otherwise, for the electronic version, please be sure there is a way to send gift copies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Just took another look at the cover. \u00a0What a terrific picture and an amazing throw. \u00a0But I am not surprised since Doc is an extremely accomplished shooter.<\/p>\n
I am a bit curious as to why he is throwing from the dealers’ side of the table? \u00a0Was it the best angle for the camera? \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

First, I am getting paper backed copies printed up with the two DVD’s attached. I will also have a totally downloadable version of the book as well as the DVD’s. I am just looking at samples now.<\/p>\n
I am probably just a few weeks away from a pre-order special on either one as well a special for the first 100 copies ordered – I will sign those<\/p>\n
