Great report! One criticism when you said – “I came to the conclusion I would have to change my dice to bring home that 4 COME bet. <\/span><\/strong>“<\/p>\nSo glad you brought it back, BUT – you need to throw dice with an “empty mind”. I have said this before, you can not think when you are at the table. Just throw the dice like in practice. To many times as soon as you starting thinking about changing the set in the middle of a point cycle you will 7 out. Glad this didn’t happen.<\/p>\n

I like to think about a hard way number even when I am not betting on it rather then a set or different set . One of the instructors said its not the set but the grip . I believe he is right .<\/p>\n
Even when I need a 6 or 8 for the STA I do not change my set any more . I use to change sets often but have gotten away from that bad habit .\u00a0<\/p>\n

You are so right on Finisher! That is part of my manta as I pick up the dice and set,grip, and throw. I think about a number and the way I want to throw it – 3\/3 or even 2\/4<\/p>\n

@dominator I understand what you are saying Dom. I ran into the same problem at this place on a different long table facing the mall a couple of years ago.<\/p>\n
\u00a0I had the one COME bet sitting there the whole time while continuing to roll the points. I was wracking my brain while the dealers were making the payouts. I think it was an eight that was sitting there.<\/p>\n
For some reason the eights were not showing for me that night. I finally made a change and I brought it in. But that was probably after an hour or forty-five minutes of game time. \u00a0<\/p>\n
I am with you about just keeping the rolls going and not being focused on distractions like that.<\/p>\n
\u00a0If I have other working COME bets and I am hitting constantly I will just keep introducing new COME Bets \u00a0and not get side tracked. If I am hot I can handle three or four working. That hasn’t happened in a while.<\/p>\n
I guess tables are going to give you certain numbers and you have to accept it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

I just hate it when I make a come bet on a r0ller and just wait for 10,20 or more rolls then the 7 comes and then the vary next roll is that come bet I was wanting for sooooo long . It has happened to many times to count .<\/p>\n
Were I play the min. is 5.00 so I can invest 10.00 on one come bet for a random roller so that I am in the game to be able to roll . That is a total bet since I only bet the come and not the pass line or DP . I have even got the dice after they craped out and did not want to roll again . Which I then had to make a pass line bet .\u00a0<\/p>\n

We know it is hard when a random roller just keeps rolling but never hits your one come bet with single odds and he has a 7 out.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
But remember you only lost one bet.\u00a0 Your loss is a small amount so as No Field Five says you lose less so that you can win more.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

I have to confess, especially if I am playing at a $5 table or even a $10 table. If rolls go by and I am sitting on a comebet on a random roller and that roller is repeating some numbers, I will put out another come bet and see what happens<\/p>\n

PS – the line about “you need to learn to win more by learning to lose less” is from Billy the Kid. It is one of the best lines during our lecture on betting<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
