Well I’m definitely late to the party vs. my other classmates.\u00a0 I got way too caught up in work the last 2 months of the year and didn’t even know we had already been granted access here.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
I had had some semblance of success at craps prior to the class in October….win some, lose some, decent rolls, and quite a few vomit rolls.\u00a0 But I’m sure as with some others who have attended GTC classes in the past, it was quite a shock to see that every single thing I had been doing was not only wrong but downright criminal (at least to my pocketbook).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
I learned more in two days about dice throwing and proper betting than I had learned in an entire year of craps play.\u00a0 Had no idea my stance was wrong.\u00a0 Had no idea my grip on the dice and throwing them was wrong like a squealing pig out of Deliverance.\u00a0 I knew about come bets and how they work, but always avoided them because of the number having to be rolled twice.\u00a0 Ain’t nothing sweeter than a repeater, but you’re lucky if they get past roll 3 in most of the casinos I frequent.\u00a0 Never realized that you’re not betting on other shooters to win.\u00a0 You’re betting on them in a way that you don’t lose as much when they shit roll.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
A few people told me I was loco for dropping one large for this class.\u00a0 Now having the benefit of hindsight, I’ll be dropping out that come bet and grinning inside when they roll big red.\u00a0 I have to say thanks and job well done to all of the instructors….even Billy the Kid who wanted to chop my wrist off on the 2nd day \ud83d\ude42 \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 \u00a0I look forward to a refresher class as well as other classes in the future.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
