I started my journey as a Primer this past May & a Refresher last month . Since the refresher my toss has improved greatly. The instructors corrected my follow through. Now my rotation and even the landing has gotten better. With just that little adjustment my toss looks really good. I highly recommend anybody who takes the Primer class, should in fact take the refresher, as soon as you can before any bad habits start. We all need the proper help\/coaching to move us along this GTC journey. When I practice, the only feedback I have is a large mirror at the landing end of my table. I can see certain parts of the throw, but I have to take my eyes off my target. I have also videoed myself. Its still not the same as having someone there that knows what to look for and is able to correct you right on the spot. I do practice a lot and strive to attain the almost perfect throw. To just take the seminar, not practice and expect your throw to be perfect is just wasting your money. You have to put the time in and the positive results will follow. I already signed up for my next refresher at the last class. I’m just waiting to see what the dates of the next seminar schedule are going to be. I will see if I could add the video part of the instruction to it. I took the Primer last Aug in Vegas. Likely take a refresher course this year 2020. Practice is the main key in keeping what Dom<\/strong> and the GTC<\/strong> instructors<\/strong> have taught me. I will be taking my second refresher\/video in May 2020. I’m all in 100% with this. If your going to spend your hard earned money to do this, why do it half-assed. Some students attend the seminars and never put the practice time in. They then go to the casinos & expect throw 30-50 throws & win a lot of money. That’s not going to happen. Being a dice controller\/advantage player is not as easy as it looks. It takes hard work. I’m glad to hear that your going to do the refresher asap. \n\tI agree 100%, but I’ll suggest this for your next one…. Take the Video Elite and Refresher together. I did that for second refresher as well as my Advanced, which gives you the added benefit of spending the ENTIRE weekend with NoFieldFive and BillyTheKid… that’s huge! I had Midnight as my mentor during those and since I play with him on occasion, he understands my shot as well.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
