We recently lost power for two days in Maine due to a severe storm.  The backup generator kicked in but the internet was down.  

I jumped on the piano and began playing Christmas tunes. I found that the piano was really out of tune and this really annoyed me.  

After playing for awhile it occurred to me that I had never even taken any lessons. This only contributed to the poor sound of the Jingle tunes I was playing. I had brought this piano home after receiving it for free from a church that had closed. They never disclosed the vulgar disposition of the hi notes.

An opportunity  arose when two delivery drivers arrived at the door with some expected goods.

You will all understand this when I say as an Advantage Dice Shooter with a Golden Touch, I had cash in my pocket in the image of Benjamin Franklin’s. 

Lucky for me the two guys were accommodating.   Back to the practice table folks. Happy 2024
