How do you feel about the All, Tall, Small? I see many players stressing there hitting it or trying to hit it. Is this a good thing? Are they just trying to throw all the numbers, instead of trying to hit their point or being more constant with their play. Coming Betting with repeating numbers seems to me is the way to go. If you can get your toss to repeat numbers that’s a sign that you are doing something right with you toss and game. Sure you can eventually hit the All, Tall, Small especially if you are throwing garbage numbers. Yes, I agree that it is fun to hit, but how is your toss looking and what’s the rest of your game looking like.

If the Tall or Small pays 34 to 1 (sometimes expressed as 35 FOR 1) the house edge is 7.76%.
If the All pays 175 to 1 (sometimes expressed as 176 FOR 1) the house edge is 7.99%.
The house edge on a Pass/Come bet is 1.41% without odds. The edge drops significantly (below 1%) when you take odds, even as little as single or double odds.
I leave it to the reader as to whether you want to make a bet that has an almost 8% house edge or one which is below 1%.
ATS is another carnival wager that the casinos have developed to take money from people who are mesmerized by large payouts.

I never play it because I tend to repeat numbers when I’m on a long roll. If you’re on axis, & repeat numbers, the ATS is a waste of hard earned money.

@skinny exactly and well said. I see many players making a big thing about hitting it. I myself don’t play it. It’s a waste of money. I was just wondering how many of these people have a good toss where they are consistently hitting repeat numbers. When their session is done they will say or write I’m down $500 to $1,000. As you said Skinny those carnival numbers really get you in the end. As the Goddess has stated if your on axis & repeat numbers there is no need to waste your hard earned money.

Ok, I will admit it – I play the ATS on myself and some of my guys. The thing about this bet is to NOT THINK ABOUT IT! In other words, I never look at it while I am shooting. You always want to shoot with an empty mind and let your muscle memory take over. Looking to see that you just need a “9” for the tall can screw your mind up.

Great advice. I also play it on myself and a few other people I play with a lot. Your right it can mess with your mind. I do see a lot of people for example if you only need a four for the small lay the 4 for a few hundred. Goddess nothing sweeter than a repeater !

I don’t like when say you need a box number then they hop it . Also if need a crap number then is the only time they bet a horn .
Good Rolling.
