I am new to the Forum and learning my way around. I have a samll bankroll and bet small and or conservative (most of the time). what or where are topics that could relate to me?

When I first got on the forum I spent a lot of time reading ALL old posts . It helped a lot since a lot of my questions were in some of the old posts . Now I just try to keep up .
THERE is a lot to learn during this journey that you have started .

Welcome to the GTC web site. There is so much to learn from posts that you will read from time to time.
First of all do not use your name on this web site. Use your user name (or handle) or what ever you call it.
Spend some surfing the web site and you will pick up many ideas that will be of benefit to you.
Always remember that after you take your first course that you come back for a refresher course and then upgrade to the advance class and elite video class. These will help to keep you on track to becoming the advantage player that the casinos fear most.

There is nothing wrong with a small bankroll. I have no idea where you are at with your knowledge of the game, but as you navigate this website, pay attention to how important betting strategy and practice routines are to gaining an advantage in this game. We all started somewhere and the support you get here will give you a lot to think about as you are beginning this journey.
Nothing takes the place of hands on instruction. Saving up and taking class is one of the best investments you will make. Making that transition from a gambler to an advantage player is what this site is all about.We all share a love of this game and it can become a great pastime. Welcome on board. Doughboy

One of the KEY things @Chuck0153 is to protect the bank roll you have no matter how big or small. The five count has been the best tool for that. You will occasionaly get some looks from the dealers and asks about your bets. LIke Dom said have some lines ready. “I Wouldn’t play on this table with your money” “I’m taking a rest for the moment” etc. I always cap my minimum pass line bet with a white chip and have a white chip next to mine for the “Dealers on the line ” when I shoot, that usually takes care of them.

I usually say “I like to watch them shoot a bit before I bet…” I also agree with betting for the Dealers. Tips make a HUGE difference for Dealer’s income.

I have never been asked about this and hope that I never do . I don’t talk much at the table even on a good or great roll it is quiet . At times I that it is to quiet I even had to tell everybody after my roll that it was a good roll even though I made the STA for a big win . That was weird .
