Excuse me?

#1. I certainly appreciate that you have taken all the seminars. I kind of remember talking to someone on the phone about the open house and say that it was cancelled, which it was. We had to keep this class and all the rest of the classes this year closed to anyone except the students attending because of covid. I find it kind of crazy that you don’t understand that. One of our instructors paid $400 for a ticket to a concert this weekend in CT and he had to take a full blown covid test before he entered the arena!

These are special times for any business for many reasons. If you had told me when we spoke that you had taken classes, (sorry, I don’t remember all of our students names), I would have allowed you in after we took your temperature.

#2. We actually had a screw up with the movers who moved all our tables from AC to CT. The were supposed to come on Thursday and didn’t show up till 5:00 PM on Friday. In away I am thankful that we didn’t have an open house because we would have been screwed.

You must know me and you and everyone knows that I answer every call. When did you call to ask if you could stop by after class and didn’t receive a reply?

I am disappointed that anyone during these times doesn’t understand the many reasons businesses have to go through to make things safe for their customers.
