Maybe I don’t understand what a progressive machine is. When I talk to my son or casino personal about poker progressive machines they point me to machines that have different payouts for the number of coins that you are playing. I thought that progressive machines were ones that were connected to other casinos and the jackpot would go up a penny or so every time someone played a hand until someone won it. I haven’t been able to find anything like that at Ho Chunk (the local casino around here).

I think there is some rule that if they remove the machine before the progressive has hit they need to put it on other machines but I may be wrong .At one casino I play at they needed to get new ones and they split the money between several machines over a period of a month . I found this out when I went there and the progressive was way higher then I had ever seen it and it had not been long enough for it to get that high since I was there last . Ifo is vary little unless you ask .
This can vary from state to state or even if it is Indian or not . I hope this helps a little and there may be others that can do a better job on this for you .
Good Rolling. 😀 🙂

Were we play the most at they have 9 machines that are all hooked up . they start at 1,000.00 for royal . Most of the time it is hit just before the 1,200.00 mark or it just seems that way .
I have seen machines that have more then one progression also but they are hard to find .
