Solving a problem

Spread the love

Merry Christmas Everybody,

I traveled to Las Vegas in October and found that town very busy at a level I had not seen before. Spring Break times 10. I could not get on my money tables to even place a bet. I played a few places I have not visited before since we had met up with a group of folks with obligations.

I did have a long roll downtown in an attempt to be placed on the wall and maybe get a jacket. Everyone won money and regained their losses on that roll. It was Lots of Fun. I was awoken that night to a girl stuck in one of the old elevators. LOL

Just wanted to give you feed back on my play Saturday 12-14-19 on the East Coast and a problem I was having .
I rolled a (3 ) three times in a row on my come out. Ticked me off losing those Pass Line Bets.

My toss was spot on into the landing zone, my arm extension was near perfect, check, check.

My mind raced to seek the solution to get rid of the 3. I thought about all those hours on my practice table, I thought back to class last January on my finger grip. Dr. Crapology really worked intensively on it with me. And then it came to me.

To get to the point I slid my middle finger over just slightly so the crack between the two dice shifted always keeping in mind where that crack was on my middle finger. It was actually a little uncomfortable because I had to squeeze the two fingers together.

That resulted in eliminating the craps numbers and long rolls hitting eights, hard eights, hard fours and easy fours, sixes, hard sixes.

I placed bets covering both the hard and easy eight to start and got payed for both. Tipping the dealers while I placed bets on hard and easy 4,6,8 and started to make collections.
A player at he end decided to drop his chips down next to my landing zone to color up. Iโ€™m thinking damn. The box had just received a delivery of chips and was counting them in the middle.
I continued to land those dice right next to the guys chips.
One guy at the table started turning his bets on the come out because he knew I wasnโ€™t rolling craps or seven. I was feeling good.

I normally would be working up to four Come Bets when Iโ€™m hot but this was an exception this time because I was collecting on the hard and easy and I eliminated the 3.

So even though there are times I just like to have fun and try different methods at the table and even play twenty on a slot machine ,

I have my serious moments when I repeat my mantra before shooting saying over and over in my mind DOM-DOM-DOM (to clear my mind ), and concentrate on my finger grip. My eyes are on the landing zone and I release – my arm still extended out while the dice land and die.

What does it take to get on the wall ? I think there are like 300 on it or am I wrong ? I did not know about the jacket thing . I don’t think I have ever played there .

A player must roll the dice a minimum of 25 rolls each time they shoot the dice to qualify to receive a Dice Club voucher. Vouchers can be aggregated to redeem gifts with validation within same 24 hour period:
25-39 rolls โ€“ 5,000 point gift
40-59 rolls โ€“ Crapshooter Jacket
60+ rolls โ€“ Dice Club Jacket and become an official member of the Fremont Dice Club

We should all have a jacket by now Finisher. Its a fun place to play at though. It’s all about the time of day that you play. Some of those places down town are not worth spending your time at night. ( and a few of them never play again).
I have always favored afternoon play. The Casinos open all the tables I want to get on after 1pm. Especially on the weekends.

Finisher, I would like to play that Golden Wall. Has anyone in this crowd taken a shot. I wonder if you can shoot from your position. I love that place. Lousy buffet.

There is also a golden arm wall of fame at the California. You have to roll for one hour regardless of the number of throws. However I believe they reviewed the video to determine the number of throws.
Additionally if anyoneโ€™s ever played at the California like myself, they only offer 2 1/2 times odds and hard to get on a table. Lots of Hawaiians on the tables. But they rhythm roll consistently. Itโ€™s been along time since Iโ€™ve been there, but Iโ€™m headed to Vegas this weekend and will be stopping by to try and get in the wall of fame. Hearing about the Fremont having a wall of fame I did not know I will check it out this weekend. Iโ€™ll be staying at the valuable rock downtown and Will be playing a majority of my time there. Look for me in SL1 in a KC hat or at the Quarter BJ tables, looking like a Ploppy, adjacent to craps or in the high limit saloon. Via con dios

I also heard about the California craps played with three cards that are delt out to prevent Advantage Dice shooting. If you have along roll that system can easily be beat. And some luck.

I played with the Hawaiians at the two Casinos off fremont Street late after midnight last January and never had more fun with people that love the game of craps. It was the only time I relaxed and drank beer wondering if I would make it back to my hotel. I was there this October and had a good time. The dealers and suits respect the Craps players and create an atmosphere that is welcoming.

Have a good trip Chuco. You will be in good company.

It seems to me that time should have vary little to do with it .Since that can vary to how good the dealers are ,how many crazy betters are at table .how much players bye in for .if players interrupt the flow of roll .
You say table is busy so that in it self will slow down the rolls .Also bringing in more chips too.
I noticed on cruise they stop rolls to cash in every player . Were in VEGAS they have you keep rolling .
Also how many rolls does it take to get on the wall? Do they mention time or rolls ?
When you have players that do not know what they want to do it will take longer for the dealers to find out what they want .
Hope to hear more about this .
