We don’t know of a casino that allows you to "push the house" in Vegas. However there are many casinos off the strip and perhaps downtown–where we never to) that allow 5 times, 10 times and even on on the strip one casino that allows 100 times odds. We know of one that only allows 2 times odds.

What we do when we run into the old Vegas 3,4,5 times odds is this, assuming a $10 table, we make pass line / come bets of $15 (instead of $10) and take odds as follows:

4 and 10 take max odds of $45
5,6,8,and 9 take odds of $50. As these numbers hit we make very small increases in the odds until we hit max odds which is $60 on the 5 and 9 and $75 on the 6 and 8. Assuming we are on a good roll, after we get 8 pay days in the chip rail (this is using the Big Skinny, which you can investigate and read about on the GTC web page) we will begin to "double dip" by placing/buying the numbers and or increasing our pass line and come bets to $25 and take max odds.

This is a rather aggressive progression of increasing your bets but our bankroll allows us to do this.
