Understanding everyone is different, but just an average, what is a good amount of time for practice each and every day?

Rose and Doc do like to practice everyday–usually 2 to 3 sessions in the 30 minute range or shorter. Be sure to always always think your way through each and every throw–making sure the grip is perfect with the 3 fingers are straight across the front of the dice and the thumb is centered on the back of the dice and slightly lower than the the fingers. You definitely want a very light grip. Make sure you target the exact spot you want to hit with the dice. You may want to place a chip on your target area and try to hit it each time. Make sure your back swing is straight back and that your forward swing is goes straight to the target and that your fingers are parallel to the table as the dice roll off the tips of your fingers. Th No Field Five drill is a good tool to use.

Now then, occasionally your may want to play with chips and that 7’s don’t count as you want to work on your betting. You want to know 2 things so that they are automatic

1. you know what you should be paid
2. you know exactly when and how much (if any) you want to press your bets after each hit. We like to use the Big Skinny as you do not press until you have 8 paydays in the chip rail before you begin to press your bets.

These 2 items should become automatic.

Lastly do come to a class weekend and take a refresher, elite video or a tune up so that any imperfections that may creep into your throw can be analysed by an instructor.
