What are the odds I’m throwing an 8,6 times a 9, 5 times before drawing a seven? What are the odds on throwing the 2,3, 4,5,6,8,9,10,11,12 before rolling a seven?

I don’t quite understand the first questions about 8’s and 9’s. Perhaps you can clarify. But the 2nd question seems to be about making the ALL in the ATS. If so, the Wizard of Odds says the following: The probability of winning is 0.005258, or about 1 in 190. There are two known payoffs, as follows:
•If wins pay 175 to 1 (or 176 for 1), then the house edge is 7.47%.
•If wins pay 150 to 1 (or 151 for 1), then the house edge is 20.61%.

It seems that question 1: "What are the odds I’m throwing an 8,6 times a 9, 5 times before drawing a seven?", is the Repeater side bet. If so, the Wizard of Odds has presented the following: For the repeater side bet on the number 8, the probability is 0.008820 (approximately 1 in 113). The payoff is typically 90x, therefore the house advantage is 20.62%. For the repeater side bet on the number 9, the probability is 0.01024 (approximately 1 in 98). The payoff is typically 80x, therefore the house advantage is 18.08%.

No I knew all of that I wanted to know the odds in throwing the 86 times in the 95 times before throwing a seven in other words what I’m looking for the comparison is the chances of throwing an eight and nine on the repeater bet more or less then the chances of making the all in the all tall and small?

The odds of winning both (8 & 9) repeater bets on the same turn are 1 in 11,072 or 11,071 to 1.
The odds of winning the ALL in the ATS bet is 1 in 190 or 189 to 1.
Is that what you are asking?

That is exactly what I was looking for now, think about that take a look at the math thanks skinny. So on the repeater bet you must hit an eight and a nine to equal what you get paid for hitting the all. To get 1000 to 1 on the fire but the odds are 6000 to 1 at that rate you would successfully complete a proximately 30 All bets which would play close to 5000 to 1 ok. How confused am I?
