I have just finished my 5000 practice roll and Have played twice. The first time I had a 42 roll. The last time I didn’t have any real long rolls; I think a 22 (I’m still not very good at counting my rolls and I think I need to bring a pen and note book to remember each time). The guy next to me kept buying more and more chips and kept saying that it was the worst he had ever seen. I bought in for $100 and never even came close to losing it. I bet on 4 six counts of random rollers and got a seven on three of them; I lost on the last one. Anyway I walked away with $96. Small win but a win anyway. I think the guy next to me needs to take the course. The betting strategy works.

It feels good doesn’t it. Congrats ! Your game will only continue to improve with time. Write down what you think you did good and reflect on what didn’t work. How was the felt? How were the dealers? Keep it with your records.

Busman 3845—you are really taking advantage of the discipline that Dom talks about in class. That, practice and an adequate bank roll will mean you will be a winner in the long run, with only the occasional time when the casino may take a little of your bankroll, but never very much. Congratulations.

thank you for posting your experience. A great read.

I played again yesterday; it’s nice to have a casino so close. I did a 4, 26 and 21 roll. I left after the last throw because the table filled up and one guy had is chips right in my landing zone. One would think that after I hit them a couple of times he would have gotten the message but not so. The wife asked why didn’t I just ask him to move them. I don’t know if that would have been appropriate. Anyway; I ended up losing $15. Not bad. I’m still ahead of the game and I look at it as a learning experience. I rolled a lot of numbers just not mine.

Never ask some one to move their chips .You should practice with them in the way like real play . This is a journey that you have started .
Good Rolling. 😀 🙂
