I recently took a few weeks off with my daily dice practice at the house. I turned my focus on the books during my breaks throughout the day instead.
I have been rereading the book: Golden Touch Dice Control Revolution:
by Frank Scoblete and Dominator. Third Printing 2008
The book is pretty well beat up now with pages folded and pencil marks here and there.
I read and reread a paragraph to let the message sink in; No different from reading the Bible. I am not rushing to complete the assignment but moving slowly in order to remember the message.
I found the following paragraph on page 165.
“Preparation and practice will then lead to mindlessness, the intense state of relaxation where you are just shooting dice and nothing else is occurring to occupy your mind. Preparation makes everything else fall in place.”

If we are lucky when this happens in our head, the result will be a crap or an 11 and we can continue. When the crap or 11 happens in our head, it tells us we need to refocus. We do need this opportunity to re-focus and more forward. We do need a little luck from time to time in any given decent turn with the dice. Dom will agree that we all need a little luck from time to time to have a long roll.
