Encore Boston Trip Report July 19, 2019
Drove up from South Shore in heavy traffic. The road was wide open once we exited the highway at 2:00 PM on Friday. There is plenty of parking.
Scan your Red Card at Parking Garage entrance and when you exit for a one dollar parking fee. They scan your license plate on exiting so if you are hiding from the government it is something to think about.
The Casino has very good lighting, very good sound system for music, friendly dealers, smoke free, and lots of space. No crowds in the buffet or restaurants. Outdoor balcony is available for smokers.
There are two one hundred dollar Craps tables up stairs and I think six tables on the first floor.
All tables are $25 and very bouncy. If you donβt plant the dice flat they will roll. I played the three $25 tables that were open. All were identical. I bounced a pair of dice out of the table together like a pair of grey hounds jumping over a fence.
I played with a $100 bank – stick right. Hard ways work straight on nice and easy
My first come out rolled three sevens and a yo. Then I established the point rolled the point. I only bet the pass line at first until I could figure out how the dice was reacting to the trampoline. I rolled a bunch of points.
On one round I rolled all the hard ways consecutively.
I started to make Come Bets and hit some of them. It was a struggle. I lost some Come Bets and that cut into my winnings.
Not one of my cash producing long roll experiences but I left with the money I started with.
The dealers really appreciated the tips since people didnβt know they should tip the table dealers. I threw dollar bills out since all my chips were $25.
All three tables that were open were full when we left at 5PM.
No one played the one hundred dollar tables. Only one half of hundred dollar table was open.
My wife managed to win on the craps machines in the time we were there. The Casino mailed me a one hundred dollar card to use on craps so I gave it to her.
Most of the people playing were newbies to the game and just there to see the Casino. They were losing money and did not hang around long. A few pizza parlor owners played and wagered foolishly and lost it all.
You should probably play with a bigger bank than what I used for my discovery trip. A one thousand dollar bank would be better.
We had fun and will return with a plan.

I don’t blame you. There are too many tables out there. Just a gluton for punishment. LOL
