Craps

Week day visit to explore action in 2 Ct.

Spread the love

Had late start in my three hour drive due to bad wind gust. Arrived 8:30 A.M.. Would had preferred four. Cry baby regulars already complaining about the table. I get SR-2. I roll three points right off the bat. I don’t remember today if I even had time to place a Come Bet. I struggled to continue. I find the SR-2 by the hook a real challenge. Big distance. Everything I do has to be perfect for that position at that distance. Maybe twelve foot table.

I walked away and checked out the other action to see what kind of dice folks are around. Checked out the pool and spa for future use. Had breakfast.

The only person I witnessed at those tables making money was a little old retired school teacher playing the Don’t Come quietly with the cry babies. I asked her whispering why she was taking up prime STR space playing her game and she responded that her arms were too short. I told her to hang from the curtain rod at home every day and her arms would get longer. She laughed.

Drove over to the other Casino before heading back. Another cry baby. It’s noon time now. Not thinking now due to fatigue I shoot STL and then move to STR rolling all the box numbers. And called it a day. Departed

Better off getting a room and waking up at four.

Cotten A free room for one night should not be hard to get . When you are done playing if not ask how much can you get off for your rate of play . I can say that I never have gone to casino to play and pay for room . I loose enough to get that any way as I see it or they do not get my play . You must know some one that can help in this .
I play after a 3 1/2 hr. drive and that is a real NO NO . But some times my first roll is my best for whole trip which does not help . Since I bet small at first .
Hope you have a better trip next time .
Good Rolling. 😀 🙂

I should not knock all the players. It is just the guys who think they will make a check on everyone else. I have had outstanding play on Saturdays. Even a gin drinker waits until noon to have his first for the day. I think it is only fair for the seven outs to wait it out too for a good bitch. Maybe they are over caffeinated. LOL
I was just feeling out the two locations for weekday atmosphere.

As for the big NO NO Finisher, I just think I will add another one to my list. I have been feeling a lot better for the drive since I received my first B12 shot in Las Vegas. That and Coenzyme Q10 @ 30 mg 2x day with food is terrific. I quit coffee for a while and just reintroduced it in small amounts. Caffeine ruins my dice game. I don’t drink alcohol while playing either. No cannabis.

I agree with Finisher. The first time that I drove for 3 hrs. to a casino, I did not spend the night. On the drive back, I nearly fell asleep at the wheel. I even pulled over and napped in the car because I was so sleepy. I vowed not to return without a room for the night. Since then, I am offered a free night, or I don’t go. There was a period of about 4 months where no free night was offered, but the offers came again and ever since. I make a day of it – play, swim, nap, eat a nice meal, play some more. It’s the only way to go.

Cotton Lob,

I play in the CT casinos on a regular basis during the late afternoon during the week. If you would like some company, send an email to my address.

I agree Finisher, We should enjoy the whole resort when visiting. I thought about nothing but playing or visiting every Casino on my first two visits to Vegas. And it was worth the grueling effort to weed out the less desirable Casinos. I have a limit of two hours of dice play and that only happens when the money is constantly pouring in. Other wise I need a break. And it is fun to catch the action of others in the role of the Whale. Good memories to have. And we have to remember to eat and rest.
